So, put down that bottle of Windex and grab these four items to make your own TV cleaning solution: 

• Distilled water
• Vinegar 
• Spray bottle
• Microfiber cloth

A microfiber cloth is essential because other cloths or towels can scratch your screen.

To make this simple cleaning solution: 

1. Mix one part distilled water with one part vinegar in a spray bottle.
2. Shake well.  
3. Spray the solution onto your microfiber cloth. Never spray the cleaning solution directly onto the screen.
4. Gently wipe your TV to remove any smudges and dirt on your screen. 

This homemade solution is also safe to use on your computer screen.
